Jwala Kumari Shah is a member of the CPN - UML. She is a former member of the Constituent Assembly. She was also elected as a member of the Madhesh Province Provincial Assembly from constituency-3 in 2074 BS. Shah served as the State Minister of Land Reform, 2067 BS and Minister of Tourism, 2068 BS. She also served as the Agriculture Minister for 13 days in the latest Oli government.
