Raj Kishor Yadav is a member of the Janata Samajwadi Party. He was previously elected to the Constituent Assembly in 2064 BS through the Jana Adhikar Forum from Siraha-6. He was also elected to the House of Representatives in 2074 BS from Siraha-4. Yadav served as the Minister for Information and Communication in 2067 BS.
